Returns & refunds policy

At Lil N Jess, every item is carefully made to order with attention to detail. As many of our products are personalised, our returns and refund policy differs from standard retail stores. Please review the following before placing your order.
Personalised & Custom Items
Custom-made items, including embroidery and DTF prints featuring names, initials, logos, or personalised designs, are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If a mistake has been made by us, we will gladly remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-Custom Items
For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:
Is unused
Is in original condition
Is in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders for personalised or custom items may only be cancelled before production has started. Once work has commenced, cancellations are not possible.
Non-custom orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for personalised or custom items.
Exchanges for non-custom items may be available depending on stock availability.
