Welcome to Lil N Jess. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all website visitors and customers. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Use

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to engage in activities that may damage, disrupt or interfere with our business or website.

2. Products & Services

Lil N Jess specialises in DTF printed apparel, embroidery, jewellery, personalised gifts and custom-designed products.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order. Although items may be displayed as available on our website, they are generally printed, embroidered or prepared only after an order has been placed and payment confirmed.

Our standard production timeframe is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Production timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order quantities, design complexity and product availability. Customers will be advised if significant delays are anticipated.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Due to the handmade and customised nature of our products:

Slight variations in colour, size, design placement and finish may occur.

Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the finished product.

Product images are provided as a visual reference.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, subject to existing orders and applicable consumer rights.

3. Orders & Cancellations

By placing an order with Lil N Jess, you confirm that:

● All information provided is accurate and complete.

● You have selected the correct product, size, colour and design.

● Any personalised wording, spelling or artwork supplied has been carefully reviewed.

● You understand that made-to-order products require production time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to contact Lil N Jess as soon as possible if they wish to request a change or cancellation.

Changes or cancellations for change of mind may be accepted before production begins.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations for change of mind may not be possible due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

These conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipping and delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Full payment is required before production begins.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where otherwise agreed with the customer.

If a pricing or product listing error occurs, we will contact the affected customer to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Lil N Jess offers shipping within Australia and local delivery arrangements within selected areas of Cairns, Queensland.

Local Delivery

Complimentary local delivery is available within our designated delivery area, from Gordonvale to North Cairns, subject to our Shipping Policy.

Customers outside this area may be able to arrange a mutually convenient meeting location in Cairns.

Local delivery and collection arrangements must be confirmed with Lil N Jess.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Orders requiring postage will be shipped using our available delivery services.

Estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on production requirements, shipping destinations and carrier services.

We will take reasonable care when preparing, packaging and dispatching orders.

If an order is delayed, lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can investigate and assist with an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Returns & Refunds

We take pride in preparing quality products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

As many Lil N Jess products are made to order or personalised, we do not generally offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or customer ordering errors.

However, customers are entitled to remedies where required under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property & Custom Designs

Website content, including photographs, artwork, product descriptions, branding and logos, is owned by Lil N Jess or used with appropriate permission or licensing.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Customer-Supplied Designs

Customers submitting artwork, photographs, logos or designs for personalised products confirm that they own the relevant rights or have permission to use the material for the requested purpose.

Lil N Jess reserves the right to decline requests involving artwork that may infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.

Customers retain ownership of their original artwork and grant Lil N Jess permission to use the supplied material for the purpose of fulfilling their order.

Lil N Jess will not claim ownership of customer-supplied designs.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

These websites operate independently of Lil N Jess and may have their own terms, conditions and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that we do not control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lil N Jess takes reasonable care to ensure our products and services meet customer expectations.

Where an error affects an existing order, we will contact the customer to discuss an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.
