Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location, unless a flat rate or promotional offer applies. Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Free Local Cairns Delivery
We offer free local delivery on all orders from Gordonvale to North Cairns. If you're unsure and want to confirm, please send us an email before placing an order.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delays
Lil N Jess is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking information or contacting the carrier directly.
